Quick answers for new and recurring customers. For anything specific, contact us and we will help you choose the right service.
How much does cleaning cost?
First visits start at $90 per hour for a team of two cleaners. Recurring visits can move to a fixed per-visit price once the home, checklist, and normal cleaning rhythm are clear.
Do you send one cleaner?
No. Greener Cleaner L.A. works with teams of two or more cleaners so the work is efficient and consistent.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers give us access instructions. If you are not home, please make sure we can enter and that pets, alarms, parking, and gate codes are handled ahead of time.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We bring our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and tools. If you want us to use a specific product, leave it out and tell us before the appointment.
Can I add laundry, dishes, organization, or inside appliances?
Yes, many extras can be added by request. Some add-ons need extra time, so mention them before the visit whenever possible.
Can I schedule recurring service?
Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, and custom recurring schedules are available after the first cleaning.
What if my recurring visit needs extra work?
Your recurring flat rate covers the agreed checklist under normal household conditions. Extra-heavy cleaning, new add-ons, or unusual conditions may require extra time with approval.
What if something is missed?
Tell us as soon as possible. We want the visit to feel right and will work with you to address the concern.
